Gain confidence in securing your crypto with Trezor Expert — your trusted guide in the world of Trezor hardware wallets.
Trezor Expert is your personal hardware wallet onboarding service that makes diving into self-custody easier than ever. For new users, starting with hardware wallets can be overwhelming, and the fear of mistakes can be daunting. That's where Trezor Expert steps in: helping you set up your hardware wallet with a one-on-one video call, guiding you every step of the way, empowering you to confidently secure your crypto assets with Trezor.
Our Experts know our products inside out — better than anyone else— offering precise guidance tailored to your needs. Through the interactive session, you can ask questions, seek clarification, and build your knowledge. We guarantee you'll master how to set up your Trezor correctly and gain the knowledge and confidence needed to go solo in navigating the (sometimes daunting) world of hardware wallets and self-custody.
We strongly recommend using your laptop or desktop computer for your Trezor Expert session. Although it may technically be possible (for some Android users) we do not recommend using your phone for this purpose.
According to our terms and conditions you may record the onboarding session for your personal purposes only. You shall not publish the recording of the session without our prior written authorization. Keep in mind that during the session, if you are voluntarily sharing any personal information, it would be better if that remained private, and not published to the internet.
It is not possible to use the Google Meet recording feature, but you may use an alternate means of recording the meeting for your personal use only. While we make a recording of my voice only we use separate software to ensure that your camera, screen, and voice are not recorded in any manner.
We recommend using Google Chrome, or a similar Chromium based browser. If you are using a Mac it’s important to make sure Chrome has Screen Recording & System Audio enabled in your settings. You may need to restart Chrome now in order to do so.
We will guide you setting up your screen sharing when necessary.
