Customs fees

The price you pay at the checkout of your order on the Trezor e-shop does not include tax/customs fees.

During checkout, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are responsible for paying customs duties, local taxes, and other related fees, if applicable.

Customs duties apply for deliveries to certain countries (except the USA, the UK and those within the EU).

Customs duties and related taxes vary from country to country, and are subject to your local legislation. Please contact your local authorities in order to get an estimated customs fee.

If you would like to take a closer look at our position in relation to foreign governmental bodies, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

For your information, the product will be shipped from the European Union as a USB device with HS code 847180. The total declared value for the customs department is the full price of the order, including shipping.

To simplify your customs payment process, the shipping company (DHL/UPS) will send you a link to pay any applicable fees and taxes. They will manage all customs procedures on your behalf and contact you if necessary. After the payment is processed, the order is generally delivered within a few days.

If you find the customs fees excessively high and no longer wish to receive your order, we will instruct the shipping company to return your package. Upon its return, we will issue a refund for your order. Please note, however, that shipping costs are non-refundable.
